Just want to be honest here, Idk if every receptionist is doing this or is it really part of the spiel to inform every customer that “you are the customer of the day” and we will be sending you this and that at your rooms and I was expecting for nothing this had happened 2times in a row. Well I get it if that would mean a part of marketing or a strategy but on the 2nd time I find it very disappointing. Just a clear sense of I’m expecting something for nothing. It would be better if you don’t spill out that kind of “words” idk how you’d call that. I just don’t like the feeling that you are giving me I high hopes. But hope this won’t happen again because I’m still looking forward to be checking in soon enough.

I had a wonderful stay and an exceptional experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The location is unbeatable, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of choices for restaurants, supermarkets, and more. It’s also very close to the Metro, making transportation incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the receptionist, Su Lae. She was amazing—charming, professional, and highly attentive to guests’ needs. She handled customers with great politeness, took swift action, and consistently fulfilled every request. Su Lae truly deserves this recognition and compliment for her excellent work.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at IBIS Al Rigga! The room cleaning was absolutely perfect – the housekeeping team paid attention to every detail, keeping everything spotless and comfortable. Special thanks to Security Staff Mr. Manoj, who went above and beyond to assist us, even though he was busy. His professionalism and friendliness made us feel very welcome. The reception staff were incredibly efficient and quick to respond to any requests, and the room assistants were equally attentive and responsible. Overall, a great place to stay with exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Receptionist small lady was so attentive kind and polite ..during check in she completely guide and informed us all the details..she even follow up how was our stay and ask if need anything ..small gesture but means a lot ...so happy with our stay.BUT the night shift receptionist who i spoke in the morning bfasttime did not accept that i extend my stay for the reason of he is making shift endorsement for the morning shift.. i was upset then decided to book shj IBIS instead Hk was excelllent. Restau staff need to start a day with a smkle atleast to guest or a simple good morning

Hats off to all of the reception desk staff, who welcomed me with smile, especially Mr hossam, who personally made sure that I can check in early.. location is great, just 2 mins walk to metro, room was clean & comfortable.. AC was working perfectly fine.. overall I'll recommend this hotel... I had a guest in my room for just 15 mins and I forgot to inform the reception desk, security immediately came to make sure if I am ok and if there isn't any wrong person my room.. the behavior of the security guy is really worth mentioning, I really appreciate the concern...
