Ibis Al Rigga

Room is good but washroom is very shrink. Breakfast is OK

The Hotel exceeded my expectations, very comfortable , quiet , calm, and very decent place for family stay. I didn't hear any noises from next rooms or in hallways all through my stay. Very clean and the staff are really gentle ,extremely helpful and very welcoming. The location is excellent plenty of restaurants nearby pharmacy and Hypermarket, Bank ATM is only meters away from the hotel.

Had 8 nights stay and I gotta say it was good. The room was comfy. The staff were courteous. The view was okay. The Metro station (Al-Rigga Metro) is nearby. Local transportation is a breeze due to the location. There are a lot of restaurants in and around the location which are in walking distance. They have a facility to store luggage in the property after checkout which was good considering the number of suitcases(2) I had to carry around.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, very welcoming atmosphere , but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous especially VIjo sir , he is so helpful and kind hearted.. I wanted to give special thankyou to Mr Vijo sir.. we really really impressive with him..He run around making sure everything is perfect for the guests.The room was well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view..we stayed at hotel Ibis for a buisness purpose. But would gladly come back to this Ibis hotel in the future .. May be add white light on the room will be great.

Room was fine, typical Ibis style. Very easy access to metro (Al Rigga under 5 min walk), so a nice feature after a long flight - you get to the hotel from Terminal 1 (or 3) under 20 min with a metro. Many eating options near by. Some waiting to check-in, but probably because we can came at the rush hour. Easy check-out, just drop off the key and you are good to go.
